The X Subscription Bundles Grok, Grok Bot, Cursor, and X Premium.

SpaceXSI's October 12, 2026 post introduces one plan with a shared Grok usage pool. Existing SuperGrok, Cursor, and X Premium subscribers can keep their plans or switch. Prices below are the ones printed on that page.

On October 12, 2026, the company page Introducing The X Subscription said one plan now brings together Grok, Grok Bot, Cursor, and X Premium. The page’s title in the browser is SpaceXSI. The rename that produced that brand is SpaceXAI to SpaceXSI.

The product history sits on xAI and Grok. Grok Bot’s claims are logged separately. The social network in the bundle is X.

What the company page says

The page’s own date stamp, in its structured data, is 2026-10-12. The post says: “Today we’re introducing The X Subscription, which brings together Grok, Grok Bot, Cursor, and X Premium in one plan. Over the next few days, we’ll make it available to everyone globally.”

It describes the four pieces in one list. Grok supports chat, voice, and image and video generation. Grok Bot “gives you AI teammates that get work done.” Cursor “provides leading local and cloud coding agents.” X adds a checkmark, creator tools, and fewer ads, “with higher tiers removing ads from the timeline entirely.”

Label: Company announcement. “Leading” is the page’s adjective. It is not a benchmark. “Over the next few days” is a rollout window, not a statement that every account could switch on October 12.

Paid plans “include a generous pool of Grok model usage shared across Grok and Cursor.” The page says the pool covers Grok models in the Grok apps, the Grok tab on X, and Cursor. It says each comparable new tier “provides more usage-per-dollar than the plan it replaces,” and that each X Subscription plan “includes at least twice as much coding usage with our models as the comparable Cursor plan.” Third-party models “are still available in Cursor on Premium and above.” That usage “is billed separately at API list prices, through top-ups.”

Label: Product terms, as printed. “Generous,” “more usage-per-dollar,” and “at least twice” are the company’s comparisons. This page does not convert them into a token count. Third-party models are a separate bill. They are not inside the shared Grok pool.

The page says The X Subscription “is available to new customers starting today.” For people who already pay, it says the company is “rolling out the option to switch” for existing SuperGrok, Cursor, and X Premium subscribers, “in your account billing settings when it’s available to you.” Those customers “can keep your current plan, or switch and get a prorated refund for your old plan.”

A later section on the same page says nothing changes for those existing subscribers: they can keep the current plan, price, and features, or move. It also says switching “comes with limited-time offers, which you can see in your account billing settings.”

Label: Both sections are on the page. One names a prorated refund. The other names limited-time offers and says the current plan can stay. This page does not merge them into one policy, and it does not know which accounts have seen the switch yet.

Prices printed on that page

The page prints this table. The dollars are the page’s. They are not a later price this desk observed in an account.

PlanPrice on the pageWhat the page says is includedIncluded usage, as labeled
Free$0Daily access to Grok, a starter allowance for Cursor’s coding agents, and standard XLimited
Plus$8/monthMore AI usage in Grok and Cursor, plus a checkmark, creator tools, and fewer ads on XBase
Premium$30/month“The benefits of SuperGrok, Cursor Pro, and X Premium+, previously $90/month combined”4x Plus Plan
Super$100/month“All of the above features”15x Plus Plan
Ultra$200/month“All of the above features”50x Plus Plan

The “$90/month combined” figure is the page’s description of the three older plans. It is not a new charge. The page points to x.ai/pricing for further details. That pricing page was not opened, so nothing on it is added here.

The same announcement says team users get Premium, Super, and Ultra “at the same per-seat prices as individual plans,” priced lower per seat than older Cursor Teams, “now includes 3x more coding usage,” plus SSO, admin controls, consolidated billing, usage analytics, and SOC 2 compliance. Enterprise customers “can manage Grok and Cursor from one dashboard, with a single usage pool across both products.” Label: Company terms. “3x more” is the page’s comparison with older Cursor Teams. This desk did not open a Cursor Teams price list.

The company post

At 23:08:39 UTC on October 12, 2026, @SpaceXSI posted:

We’ve unified plans across Grok, Cursor, and X Premium.

Introducing The X Subscription.

Label: Primary for those two sentences. The post does not list Grok Bot, a price, or a refund. A direct fetch of x.com returned 403. The post was read through api.fxtwitter.com.

A search on October 19 did not retrieve a post by Mr. Musk promoting the bundle. That is the result of the search. It is not a finding that he never wrote one.

Context, not this launch

The developer release notes, fetched October 19, 2026, say that on October 14 Grok Voice 3.0 is available with speech-to-speech, “at the same price as Grok Voice 2.0,” and that grok-voice-latest now points to grok-voice-3.0. The notes do not print a dollar price in that entry. The same notes, under September 21, say Grok 4.7, which they call SpaceXSI’s frontier model for coding, agentic tasks, and knowledge work, is available on the API as grok-4.7.

Label: Release notes. Voice 3.0 and Grok 4.7 are earlier and adjacent model lines. They are not the October 12 bundle, and this page does not review them. A direct fetch of x.ai/news returned 403, so a news-index writeup of Voice 3.0 was not read. The subscription announcement above was opened on its own URL.

On the map

The model map is xAI and Grok. Grok Bot’s posted claims are the claims log. The network in the bundle is X. The brand on the announcement is the one described in SpaceXAI to SpaceXSI. Terrestrial capacity is Colossus. The orbital plan is Starmind.
